Reflective therapy currently accepts the following insurance plans:

 

Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

Blue Choice PPO

United HealthCare/Optum

Cigna 

Medicare

 

*Not accepting HMO plans at this time*

 

Out of network benefits:

 

If your insurance plan is out of network with Reflective Therapy & Consulting, PLLC, I ask that you pay my full fee upfront. I will provide a superbill per session to submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement. 

 

It is recommended that you call your insurance provider prior to our first session to check your out-of-network benefits/deductible.

 

Out-of-pocket fees:

 

If paying privately is a better option for you my fees are as follows:

 

• Consultation (20 minutes)- Complimentary

• Intake (60 minutes)- $180

• Individual (50-60 minutes): $155

• Individual (45 minutes)- $130

• Individual (30 minutes)- $100-$125

Cancellation Fees:

​

• Cancellation less than 24 hours: $100

• No call/ no show: $150

 

It is highly recommended  to call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your “outpatient/office visit mental health benefits.” We’re more than happy to check benefits on your behalf for further clarification please email amalia@reflectivetherapychicago.com.
