Reflective Therapy & Consulting

There are many theoretical frameworks within the field of psychology. All serve a purpose and work well with various individuals and what your therapist sees fit after the initial intake session. Regardless of therapy approach, therapy is meant to provide a safe, comfortable and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings and past experiences and how they shape your present moment.

Each individual is unique and therefore deserves to have a care plan that fits their needs for success in the therapeutic process. We are flexible in incorporating various frameworks per individual. With patience, understanding, unconditional positive regard and active listening we look forward to working with you.

Our practice is rooted in a strength based perspective, existential and relational model of therapy.

  • We aim to highlight and focus on your strengths, resilience, and talents rather than focusing on what may perceived as weaknesses

  • Focuses on the individual from a holistic view of a person in their environment & experiences up until the present moment

  • From a relational therapy approach perspective we aim to interact and communicate with others that epitomize values such as respect, inclusiveness, truthfulness, empathy, and modesty

  • We also practice within a CBT framework to assist with perspective shifts from cognitive distortions & behaviors

  •  Grief and bereavement therapy.
